4.5 MM hook size.
Large Button.
Needle.
Round Marker.

Gauge:
Approximately 5 rows = 2 inches.
Approximately 5 Hdc = 2 inches.

ADULT MEDIUM TO ADULT LARGE
Approximate Circumference = 23 inches. - 24 1\2 inches
Approximate Crown to Mid Ear = 7.5 inches. - 7-75 inches


Round 1:
Ch 2, 6 hdc in 2nd ch from hook.(6hdc)
Round 2:
Hdc to join(mnr), hdc in same st. 2 Hdc in ea st around.(12hdc)
Round 3:
Hdc to join(mnr), hdc in same st. *Hdc in next st, 2hdc in next st*. Repeat from * to * around.(18hdc)
Round 4:
Hdc to join(mnr), hdc in same st. *Hdc in next 2 sts, 2hdc in next st*. Repeat from * to * around.(24hdc)
Round 5:

Round 25:
Sc in ea st around. Ss to join.
Peak Chains.
Ch 35 turn, Ss into other side of 'peak'(in round 25). Ch 35. Turn. Ss in other side of peak(in round 25).Ch 35. Turn. Ss in other side of peak(in round 25). Fasten Off.

Embellish with a Large Button using scrap yarn and needle to attach.

If you wish you may use a surface Ss to 'draw' lines on hat to the best of your ability.
