Free Crochet Pattern ~Dolly & Me Child's Choice Buttons Necklaces

Yarn: Royale Size 10 Crochet Thread. Colour; 0465 Pastels.
3.75 mm Crochet Hook.
SIZE
Sized to fit approximately age 6 child, with a matching doll size (for generic 18 inch dolls, like American Girl or similar).
SPECIAL ABBREVIATIONS
Ch = Chain.
Ss = Slip stitch.
Fhdc = Foundation Half Double Crochet
Ea = Each.
Beg = Beginning.

INSTRUCTIONS
Larger size(Child) in brackets( ).
FIRST Feed 6 (14) Buttons onto thread.
Row 1:
Ch 2. Work 12 (15) fhdc. *Draw up one button, Ch 1 to lock in place. Work one fhdc*. Repeat from * to * 6 (14) times. Work 12 more foundation hdc's.
Fasten off at end. Weave in ends or use them to tie necklace at back of neck. Add clasps if desired.
