Free Crochet Pattern ~Cheeky Little Monkey Blanket & Pillow

http://www.niftynnifer.com/2018/01/free-crochet-pattern-cheeky-little.html

I bought my daughter this Fingerling/Happy Monkey for Christmas and she fell in love with him instantly. He is an interactive little monkey that holds onto your finger, makes silly noises when he swings by his tail. He blows back kisses and snores. Now he can snuggle up with his new blanket and pillow and snore happily.
This pattern was fun to make up and didn't take very long to make, using mostly half double crochet(hdc) and single crochet(sc) stitches. My daughter played for hours after I completed this project.

Materials Required:
3.5mm crochet hook.
Patons Grace Yarn. Light 3. Color: Sky.
Darning Needle (for sewing in ends).
Scissors.

Free Crochet Pattern ~Kaleidoscope Dream Circle Vest

Free Crochet Pattern ~Kaleidoscope Dream Circle Vest http://www.niftynnifer.com/2014/10/free-crochet-pattern-kaleidoscope-dream.html

I LOVE THIS YARN! It is called: Bernat Mosaic, the colour is 'Psychedelic'. I love everything about this yarn. I can crochet for hours and feel confident, as it worked perfect with my chosen hook, and in my hands. The colour change was spectacular and kept my eyes dancing as I was able to see clearly each stitch I had previously made.
I loved it so much I even ordered more Bernat Mosaic in other colours.
Note: When fastening off, or tying knots, be sure not to pull too hard as the ends will sometimes break shorter than anticipated, making weaving in ends a bit harder.

I Used:
Yarn: Bernat Mosaic ~Medium 4. Colour 'Psychedelic' (3 balls, approximately 300g).
I purchased this particular yarn here: E-Tent
Hook: 5.5 MM
Ribbon to lace it. You can also attach buttons. Get creative.
Needle

Special Abbreviations:
Ch = Chain.
Ss = Slip stitch.
Hdc = Half Double Crochet.
Lhdc = Long half double crochet.
Dc = Double crochet.
