This pattern is for a Reversible Dish Mat. It will finish as a thick material to hold lots of water! I used approximately 375 grams of Peaches & Creme Cotton Yarn. This cotton is great for water absorbtion.
Some of us do not have dishwashers, or prefer to allow their dishes to air dry. This will finish up to be an approximately 18 1/2 inches x 13 inches reversible dish mat. Use it to replace that dirty old dish tray under your dish rack, or all on it's own.

For a better understanding of my Crochet Patterns, please refer to my-special-crochet-abbreviations. I used: 4.5mm hook Bernat Handicrafter Cotton Yarn
I picked up some of that amazing disconinued ''Nylotex'' from a local Second had shop(and a 9MM hook), and came up with this. You could always use rags too! Do you know how to start your rag rug? It is accually a pretty easy project and like this piece, can be one of a kind!
Using a 4.5 MM hook size. some worsted weight yarn from my stash and Plastic Kitchen Scrubbers. (I bought mine at Dollarama), a round marker and a Darning needle.
